Burn – Tuesday 6/4

Warm-up
Spend 2 min in Z1
Then, PVC mobility as a class
The Port snatch warm-up with emphasis on the full and hang position

Burn WOD
10 rounds
200m run
10 ring rows
Rest 1:00
This is going to be a burner, but each round should be done at a fairly high-intensity level. Try to come out of the gate and hold on to 80 to 85%. Record each round and see what you biggest difference per round is. At the very end, each second is 1 burpee. So if the longest round is 1:30 and the fastest round is 1:10. That’s 20 burpees to be done at the very end.
