The Port Guidelines (updated July 9th, 2020)

DO NOT ENTER THE PORT IF YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER ARE SICK

  • Ask yourself:
    • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
    • Are you experiencing a cough, shortness or breath or sore throat?
    • Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
    • Traveled in the past 14 days either:
      • Internationally (outside of US)
      • By cruise ship, or
      • Domestically (within the US) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc)
    • If you answered yes to any of these questions, please do not put our employees and other members at risk and come back another day when you feel better and the 14 day timeline has passed.
    • If you answered no, please remember to maintain proper social distancing for the duration of your visit.
  • If you, or a family member, experience any type of sickness please do not come to the gym.
  • Remain at home for 14 days after symptoms have dissipated.
  • Check temperature daily and stay at home if you are at or above 100.4 degrees
  • Hands must be washed or hand sanitizer must be used immediately after you enter the gym and before you leave
    • There will be a sanitation area right when you walk in the door
    • Wash hands frequently during the workout especially after handling equipment and using the facilities
  • Carry-In, Carry-Out
    • You are no longer allowed to leave your gym equipment or attire at the gym
    • Please remove your cubby, if you have one, and bring it home with you
    • Everything you carry into the gym must be brought home with you after class
    • No outside shoes allowed in the gym
      • You must remove your outside shoes upon entering the gym
    • You must have your own yoga mat
    • It’s recommended you bring and use your own sweat towel
  • No Touch Screens, Kiosk use
    • You must use your iPhone to sign into class and log scores
    • Do not use the touch screen monitors upfront or the retail Kiosk
    • If you would like to purchase something from the retail store ask a coach
      • Email Sophie of your purchase and she will charge you
    • Make sure you bring a water bottle with you
      • The water refill station will be available
  • 6 feet separation during WODs between athletes
    • There will be designated boxes taped out for each athlete
    • Your workout must be performed in this box whenever possible
    • No sharing equipment
    • Never walk into anyone else’s box
    • If you need to grab or put away equipment we will do so one by one
  • Wipe down ALL equipment that you touch during your workout
    • There will be sanitation stations available for all
      • Sanitation stations in each athlete box will include – 
        • Rags, Bleach Spray Bottle, Gloves, Anti-bacterial wipes, Mop
    • Mop floors with the bleach solution and use antibacterial wipes or bleach spray bottles for everything else
  • No high fives – air fives are encouraged!
  • Do not turn on fans
    • The only fans that can be used to cool us off directly are the high ones in the back of the gym. The city Health Officer and the Emergency Management Director were contacted and they gave us the green light since those fans are up high and are helping to ventilate the air outside.
    • We will have fans pulling air out of the gym by the garage door, which will be open on warm days
    • Working out outside by the back bay is encouraged
      • Be mindful of your equipment and use a stall mat
  • No Kids
    • No kids are allowed in the gym unless they are partaking in our CrossFit Kids Program
  • No Drop-Ins
    • No drop-ins will be allowed until further notice.
  • No Dogs
    • Sorry! Word has it they can carry and transmit the virus.
  • Coaches Responsibilities
    • Coaches will maintain a distance of at least 6 feet with all athletes
    • Between each class, the coach will disinfect all common surfaces including door handles, keyboards, screens and countertops

 

CLASS REGISTRATION

  • 24 hours prior to a class registration will open
    • If there are no spots available you can put your name on a waitlist
  • You can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before class
    • If you are a no show without cancelation you will be charged a $10 fee
