Sundays used to be a day of reset. Making sure there are groceries for the week. Meal planning and prepping. Tidying up and making sure you are ready for Monday. Some of us have slightly different roles for our days now. Mondays don’t bring the same stress or weight, but that doesn’t mean we can’t use it to get ahead of the game. Cook a big meal for a couple of days of leftovers today. It will help in the long run.
