Spend time with family in a different aspect. Go for a hike, go for a bike ride, find an activity to share that you haven’t been resorting to.
Food plan and prep. Find a meal that you can make today that will make the week easier. Whether that means easy, reheated dinners. Portioned out meals for easier lunchtime. Or even a big afternoon meal for quality family time.
Look at your upcoming week. Schedule some things out that are important to you; gym time, creative time, reading time, whatever. Having it in a planner will make it more than likely to happen when it comes time.
