Michelle Consolazio is now offering Power Yoga at The Port. Michelle teaches power yoga, a faced-paced, energetic, heated yoga practice for all levels. This powerful practice builds heat with breath and movement to melt resistance and promote the opening of the mind and body.
Michelle has a bursting desire to help people grow and obtain their best life possible. She is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, professional life coach, and Reiki practitioner. Michelle is in the process of pivoting her current career in health IT to a full-time life coach and yoga teacher. In her free time, you’ll find her taking in sunsets at the beach, moon-gazing, traveling, and doing something for her physical and mental wellness (CrossFit, yoga, trying the latest fitness fad, or simply dancing in her kitchen).
