And the quest for a back squat PR continues. If you thought the 1×6@85% was hard, wait until you try to hit 1×4@90%. There is much less asked in terms of reps, so have them take pretty good sized breaks between each set. If they fail, that’s it for the day, no taking weight off and trying again.

Warm-up
Spend 2 minutes in Z1
Then, 3 rounds
10 squats
5 push-ups

5 pull-ups or 10 ring rows

Very open like. Definitely the most “intense’ workout of the week because of how short the time domain is and how light the barbell is. Shoot to get between 4 and 8 rounds. If DU’s aren’t there yet, then you attempt them for :35.
