Also, don’t forget that CrossFit Portsmouth is the Lululemon box of the month. Meaning every Sunday at 9 in the month of November there will be a special workout for those who are interested in trying CrossFit along with any or our members who want to reinvest in the foundations. Bring that friend of family member that you know would love it and workout along side them.

Warm-up
Spend 2 min in Z1
Then, 2 rounds (one w/a barbell)
5 snatch grip high pulls
5 muscle snatch
5 power snatch from high hang
5 power snatch from hang
5 snatch balance

Mobility
PVC mobility between round 1 and round 2 of the warm-up

Strength
EMOM x15
3 power snatches
These will add up quickly so start light and only increase if the reps are perfect.

10 push-ups
15 squats
20 cals on rower
