Hang power snatch – spend 15 minutes to find a 5RM
You’re only going to get 15 min, which is still a long time. Having a plan will definitely make a huge difference when it comes down to finding an accurate 5RM. So grab a white board and look at 80% of your 1RM power snatch. That’s the goal.
