There is an 8 and 9am today! That’s an extra hour to come hang out with Tom. You know I’m excited.

Warm-up
Spend 2 minutes in Z1
Then, 3 rounds
10 deadlifts
10 hang cleans
10 strict press/push press/push jerks
10 front squats

Mobility
Any extra mobility needed based on the individual

Strength
Clean and jerk – work up to a heavy single.
*Take your time and load appropriately.

WOD
“Home Coming”
12 min AMRAP
10 G2OH (45/25#)
20t OH walking lunge
10 burpees to a plate
All done with the same 45/25# plate. Make sure that you are focusing on bringing the plate into the hip pocket and you are using your explosive energy to get it OH. No rounded backs here!
