Intended stimulus – slow and smooth the whole time. Do not push any piece of this so you can always keep moving. The bike into the DB squats will be a hard transition and a turning point of the WOD. Here I would force a few deep breaths before I continued so I could try to go unbroken once I got the DB’s into place. If you can hold on, your time will reflect it.
