20 squat clean thrusters (95/65#)
50 wall balls (20/14#)
100 DU’s (each)
Earn your turkey through burpees. The squat clean thruster is a tricky movement, so make sure you warm it up with small jumps in weight. It is definitely the sticking point of the WOD.
10 bicep curls
15 banded tricep push-downs
20 banded ab pull-downs
Rest as needed between sets.
