*Caitlin Clavette tragically lost her life in an automobile accident on February 12, 2016. Caitlin loved CrossFit, and was an avid triathlete. In her races, she would raise money for the MSPCA to support her love for animals in need.
Do you guys remember this poor woman losing her life last year? She was a teacher driving to work and a manhole cover exploded off the street and through her front windshield. She was a member at CFNE and today we complete a workout in her honor. Great WOD, perfect recovery day, but also let’s go run because we can and we should never take that for granted.
