Warm-up
Spend 2 minutes in Z1
Then, 2 rounds of
20t walking lunges
15 sit-ups
10 ring rows
5 inchworms

Mobility
Group mobility session

Strength
A1. Weighted step-ups – 4x8e; AHAP
A2. Weighted sit-ups – 4×15
The step-up. Full extension of the working leg before getting the non-working leg comes to help. Make these as hard as possible and force yourself to complete the movement without changing it to a 2 legged push.

Teams of 3
1200m run (200m at a time)
60 pull-ups
40 DB power cleans (50/35#)(40/25#)
Three person team, but only one working at a time, so turn up the intensity.
The DB power cleans are 2 DB’s per athlete, from the floor each time, to a power catch position.
