Full mobility blast to prep for squat clean and OH stability
Clean and jerk – find a true 1RM
The WOD is only 6 minutes, so you are going to get plenty of time here. We want you finding a true 1RM because we are going to build off of this number in the next couple of weeks. Remember to really prioritize the role of the legs in both lifts. We often forget to give the drive full power in the jerk, not floating the bar enough to get underneath it.
