This week is going to be fast and high skill combined. It’s the second to last week, so crush this one and finish this 8 weeks out strong.
Done as a relay race. As soon as the person in front is done with their last thruster, the next can start.
Drive fast and don’t use your turn signals.

30 bar facing burpees
30 thrusters (95/65#)
*As soon as the last person is done with their round, the team has 5:00 to accumulate as many muscle ups as possible. Can go in any order and in ant rep scheme. If you cannot do muscle ups, then you can sub in 5 chest to ring pull-ups to equal 1 muscle up.

*As soon as the last person is done with their round, the team has 5:00 to accumulate as many chest to bar pull-ups as possible. Can go in any order and in ant rep scheme. If you cannot do C2B, then you can sub 5 regular pull-ups to equal 1 C2B.
**The target for your burpees should be 6″ above your outstretched arm. To measure, place both arms over your head with your biceps directly next to your ears. The pull-up bar should be 6″ over your fingertips.
This week will have two scores. Your total time for WOD 1 and then your total muscle ups for WOD 2.
