So a typical partner workout with a twist. Every minute the working and resting partner must switch. Meaning you have to work for a minute, but then you get a full minute off. Slow down your reps so you stay moving. Just because you have to work for :60, doesn’t mean you have to go balls out for that time frame. Be smart and stay paced.
