Strength
Squat snatch – 1 rep EMOM for 10 min total; build or stay across.
Everyone is squat snatching. So if it still a movement that you are uncomfortable with, keep it light and really work on getting a little more confident with such a tough movement. If you are getting the hang of it, find a weight that challenges you but build only if you are happy with the previous rep. Do not ignore bad habits to put a large number into Wodify. That is not the goal for today.

Surprise, not a partner workout. Because the open workout is scheduled for Saturday morning, we will be partnering it up tomorrow. In place of that, today is a longer, slower, sweat fest. This is a workout that will force you to approach it completely different than any of the other ones we have seen this week. Do not push any piece of this one. Find a pace and settle into it.
