From all your coaches at The Port, we want to wish you the very best Christmas. We hope that you are surrounded with the people you love on a day where we should be grateful for everything that we have.
As your head coach, I get to be around those people everyday. I truly cherish each hour I get to spend leading classes, coaching one on ones and interacting with you all before and after class.
What is also important to mention is how lucky I am to have the staff we have. These coaches do not get enough credit for the countless hours they put in behind the scenes. They must do so much legwork before they even step foot in front of their classes. They must fill out timelines to ensure time management is perfected down to the minute. Always learning, always growing, always searching for ways to be better and therefore help you become better versions, to reach all your goals both inside and outside the gym. I am so lucky to be able to work with them every day and couldn’t be more excited to see where they take The Port in 2020.
