Our coaches have been doing their best to stay engaging and present. They have all tried to check in with as many of you as possible during these trying times. Today it is your turn. Reach out to someone you haven’t spoken to in a long time. Shoot them a text and see how they are doing.

Feeling alone is the ultimate byproduct of this quarantine. Even if you are home with loved ones, being isolated from the rest of your circle really can take a toll. Take a second to make someone else feel cared for.
