Fathom – long workout today
Gear – try to stay within a reasonable heart rate and breath pace. Do not let the lower reps push you out of that plan.
Knots – the power clean needs to be heavy enough to slow you way down. Think about getting there pretty quickly, but the weight should make you stop, breath, set-up, and complete a good lift.
Current – again, like yesterday, lot of moving parts here so be respectful of everyone else’s space
