Happy New Year!
I’ve never been much for big flashy New Year’s Resolutions, but I do LOVE a fresh new start. And that can happen whenever you want it to; New Year’s Day, the first day of school, or the middle of July when you decide you’re ready to make a change. Coming from a teaching background, to me there’s NOTHING better than starting things over with newly sharpened pencils, a new agenda book or planner, a new pair of leggings, and a fresh pair of shoes. Really, the basics for taking on the world. If you’ve been working your way through 2020 and January feels like your chance to wipe the slate clean and set yourself up with some new goals, your coaches would love nothing more than to help be a part of that process and journey. We’d love for you all to start thinking of some things you’d like to accomplish inside and outside of the gym over the next few weeks, months, and this year. If it’s something we can help you with; nutrition, a gymnastics skill, your Olympic Lifting technique, accountability for coming in on a consistent basis, or anything else on your mind, PLEASE reach out!

Let’s kick this year off the right way, in the gym with the best community around 🙂
