Port Sweat, lead by Coach Kristi, is a specialty class combining bodyweight and functional movements utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, resistance bands and cardio machines including rower, bike, skierg and running. Unlike a typical CrossFit class you won’t see heavy weights, barbells, or high level gymnastics movements. Port Sweat follows its own programming style, which differs from our CrossFit and Burn programming tracks. This class will be geared towards building your endurance, continuously moving and getting a good sweat! There will be a short warm up followed by 40-45 minutes of work.
Who can take Port Sweat Classes?
This specialty class is free to current Port members, but you will need to register using Wodify as there are limited spots available for each class. Registration will open up at 6pm the night before class. Workouts will not be released prior to class.
Non-members are also welcome! We offer a free trial class for anyone who is interested.
