Heavy double day. Trying to establish a little bit of a baseline coming out of the open. Will start to build on these numbers in a couple of weeks.

Short and sweet. Bars must be taken from the ground unless you are super nervous about putting the bar on your back. In that case, the bar can be taken from a rack and burpees can be done as regular burpees because there will be nothing to jump over.
