Rest 3:00, x3
While P1 and P2 work on the 3 rounds, one rests while one works, P3 will be on the rower. Rower must be moving the entire time, switch off the row whenever you want. Only 1 partner can be resting until the row is completed, only then can all 3 partners focus on the rounds. Even then, only 1 person is to be working.
Score will be the time it takes to complete the row and the 3 rounds.
