Mobility
Front squat mobility
Strength
Front squat – 5×2 w/the double weight from 6/5 or above 90%. Go heavy.
If you were not here on the 5th, then look to your 1RM and look to complete all doubles above 90%. Take plenty of rest in between and make sure you are really staying focused on the task.

Min 1 – 15 hang power cleans (135/95#)(115/75#)
Min 2 – 10t front rack lunges
Min 3 – 12/10 cals on AB
Min 4 – 15 T2B
Min 5 – rest
Going to be a very difficult EMOM. But not because there is no rest. There is going to be plenty. But each individual task is very challenging. So barbell can be loaded accordingly.
