On a day where giving thanks has become tradition, the coaching staff would like to recognize how incredible the CFP community is on a daily basis. We are constantly reminded of how hard working, positive, caring and passionate you are every day you walk in the door, and we are grateful for every one of you.

We did this WOD last thanksgiving and people had some fun with it, so why not repeat WITH a new stipulation. All of this work is broken up between the two partners except the burpees and the DU’s. Only one partner can be working at a time, but each time they finish a movement, both partners must complete 10 burpees. At the very end, both must complete 100 DU’s. Again only one working at a time.
