10 burpee box jump overs
Our first longer workout back. The burpee box jump overs into the run will be the toughest place to stay focused. Do not let it change the pace of your whole run. Find your legs and breath in the first 100m and then really push the last 300m. We all have been running right? Let’s see how it has paid off.
