WOD – Tuesday 1/16

The first class of week one of PortSweat is today at 8am. There are two more sessions this week, Thursday at 8am and 5:15pm. It is going to be an awesome 6 weeks, so for those of you who have secured a spot, get ready to sweat. We have ordered the heart rate monitors and they will be available starting next week. Looks like we are going to have to make it through this time the old fashion way. If you are still on the fence, come check out a class to see if it’s something you might like.

Sign into Wodify, spend 5 minutes going over the workout, then complete 3 rounds of the workout of increasing intensity
